My Approach

You're not a problem to be solved.

Most therapy starts from a deficit: here's what's wrong with you — let's reduce the symptom so you can get back to producing. I start somewhere else. I don't think you're a problem to be solved; I think you're a life trying to fully arrive.

My work is oriented toward growth and expression, not just relief, and it meets you as a whole person — body, mind, and spirit. In practice, that's three threads woven together.

01

Body

Settling the nervous system

So much of what we call a “mental” struggle actually lives in the body. Through breathwork, somatic awareness, grounding, and gentle movement, we build the regulation that makes deeper change possible — because insight rarely sticks in a dysregulated system.

02

Mind

Meeting your inner parts

Drawing on parts-work and somatic-informed depth work, we get curious about the protectors, patterns, and younger places inside you. Instead of fighting your own reactions, you learn to understand and lead them.

03

Spirit

Purpose, meaning & integration

This is the work of vocation and becoming: who you're here to be, and what's been standing in the way. For those exploring non-ordinary states, I also offer integration support — helping you metabolize meaningful experiences and carry their insight into ordinary life.

Who I work with

I work especially with people in life and vocational transition, adults with ADHD, and those seeking a healthier relationship with screens, substances, and compulsive patterns — approached through curiosity and right-relationship rather than shame.

A note on honesty

I can't promise to fix or heal you, and I'd be wary of anyone who did. What I can offer is steady company and real skill as you turn toward your own experience, clear what's in the way, and step into the life that's been waiting for you.
