Hi, I'm Austen.

I didn't take the straight path here — and that turns out to be the point.

I spent years in the corporate software world: capable, busy, and quietly aware that something in me was asking for a different kind of life. Following that signal led me out of one career and into graduate study and clinical training, and eventually here, to this work. I know the disorientation of a real transition from the inside — the fear, the financial weight, the moment you realize the life you built no longer fits the person you're becoming.

That's the work I now do with others. I help people clear the internal barriers — the old protections, the inherited stories, the nervous-system patterns — that stand between them and a fully expressed life.

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) in the State of Colorado, practicing under clinical supervision as I complete the path to full licensure. My work is grounded in parts-work and somatic approaches, and shaped by a belief that healing is less about fixing what's broken and more about removing what's in the way.
